Why see a Sexologist?
Seeing a sexologist is about more than addressing challenges—it’s an opportunity to explore your sexual health and well-being in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you’re looking to deepen intimacy, resolve concerns, or simply have questions, I’m here to provide guidance without judgment. Together, we’ll work towards your goals, ensuring you feel informed, empowered, and connected.

It’s a space for learning, discovery, and growth tailored to your unique desires and challenges. Through open dialogue and personalised strategies, I’ll help you build confidence and clarity in your sexual journey.
What are the benefits of sexual health support?
Everyone’s path to sexual well-being is different. Whether you’re navigating intimacy in a new relationship, addressing performance anxiety, or seeking to better understand your desires, working with a sexologist can provide tools and insights that make a meaningful difference. Let’s work together to break down barriers, embrace your sexuality, and foster healthy, fulfilling connections.
What can I expect during a session?
During our sessions, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your concerns and goals. Sessions typically begin with a conversation to understand your unique experiences and challenges, followed by collaboratively working on strategies and tools tailored to your needs. Whether it’s addressing specific issues, improving communication, or exploring new aspects of your sexuality, sessions are guided by your comfort level and interests.
How do I know if seeing a sexologist is right for me?
Seeing a sexologist can benefit anyone looking to improve their sexual well-being, address specific challenges, or simply gain a better understanding of their desires and relationships. If you’re experiencing difficulties in your sex, dating or relationship life, feel unsure about your sexuality, or have questions you’ve been hesitant to discuss, a sexologist can offer professional, supportive guidance. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re the right fit—so we can discuss your needs and goals before moving forward.
Is everything we discuss confidential?
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of my practice. Everything you share during our sessions is kept private and confidential, with two exceptions. Firstly and foremost, if there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, I must take necessary action for safety reasons. The second being if client notes are subpoenaed by a court of law.
In addition to the above, I engage in frequent supervision sessions to provide the best support possible. While all your identifying personal details will remain confidential, I may occasionally discuss details of our sessions to gain further support for your situation.
Do I need a referral to see a sexologist?
No referral is necessary to book an appointment. You can get in touch directly to schedule a session or to ask any questions you may have about the services I provide.
What topics can we discuss in sessions?
You’re welcome to bring any topic related to your sexual health, dating, relationships, or identity to our sessions. This can include concerns like sexual performance issues, mismatched libidos, exploring kinks and fetishes, understanding your sexuality, improving intimacy and communication, or navigating diverse relationship dynamics. No topic is off-limits, and I’m here to support you wherever you are on your journey.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on your needs and goals. Some clients find a few sessions sufficient for addressing specific concerns, while others prefer ongoing support. During our initial consultation, we can discuss a potential plan and frequency of sessions that suit your preferences and requirements.
Is this a medical service?
No, my services are not medical in nature. As a sexologist, I provide support and guidance focused on sexual health, relationships, and well-being, using a multidisciplinary approach that integrates knowledge from various fields, such as biology, psychology, sociology, health and education. While I can provide support for physiological issues, if your needs go beyond the scope of my practice or if I believe that medical or specialist input would benefit your situation, I’ll discuss this with you and provide appropriate referrals. My goal is to ensure you have access to the best care possible, whether that means working with me or connecting you to additional healthcare professionals.
