Hello! I’m Elle Thielke (she/they), a Naarm-based sexologist, passionate about helping people navigate their unique sexual journeys. I focus on providing practical, compassionate support to individuals and couples facing challenges in sex, dating, and relationships.
My approach is grounded in openness and understanding, with a special interest in addressing topics that many find difficult to talk about—such as men’s sexual health, sex and aging, exploring kinks and fetishes, reigniting passion in long-term relationships, and navigating diverse relationship dynamics. I believe that no topic is too taboo, and I’m here to help you explore whatever aspect of your sexuality or relationship needs attention.
